Community Innovation's Mini-Grant Program Addressing Homelessness in the Black Community is BACK!

Updated: May 8

Homeless Children’s Network is excited to announce the launch of our second year Community Innovations Mini-Grants Program.

HCN's Promise to the Community:

Homeless Children's Network will focus on targeting marginalized Black community members most in need of support—Black/African American individuals who are homeless, at-risk for homeless, or providers working within SF’s homeless and shelter system.

Purpose:

This year, HCN is providing mini-grant opportunities to Black/African American individuals who are homeless, at-risk for homelessness, and Black providers who support Black homeless families or those at-risk of homelessness.
