HCN's Promise to the Community

HCN's Promise to the Community:   

 

Homeless Children's Network will focus on targeting marginalized Black community members most in need of support—Black/African American individuals who are homeless or at risk for homelessness. ​   

 

Dear Community,



 

We want to inform you that the Community Innovations Mini Grant Program is currently not available for application. We are working diligently to finalize the details and look forward to announcing the opening date soon. Thank you for your patience and continued support. ​   

 

PLEASE REVIEW OUR UPDATES TO THE ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS GRANT:     

 

  • Black SF Resident

  • Over the age of 18

  • Must be currently living in temporary or supportive housing

  • Must provide contact information for staff a the facility you’re currently residing     

 

Please note our funding is limited to rewarding 10 grants in this application window. Our application window will close once we receive the appropriate amount of applications. Our applications are reviewed and approved on a first come first served basis.   

 

Due to this we highly recommend applying at 9am on May 6th, we cannot guarantee your application will be awarded. ​ ​
